Delivery Information

Deliverys mostly take 2-4 working days from time of order being placed,Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. Should you not be in when the courier calls, the courier will leave their contact card to tell you they have been, Deliveries will be attempted on two occasions prior to the item being returned to ourselves. Should this be the case then return delivery costs will be payable by the buyer. With this in mind it is important that you contact the telephone number on the courier’s calling card to arrange re-delivery or collection as soon as possible.

All deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery.

Some postcodes require extra p&p due to being out of area zones, Post Codes/areas affected by this are:
AB31 TO AB56 BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE,KA27,KA28, KW, PA16 TO PA78 PH, ISLE OF WIGHT, ZE or any off shore islands etc.

We cannot accept liability for items not delivered by our couriers on time and would recommend that you do not engage mechanics or similar fitment specialists etc until you are in physical possession of the goods, and do also check the supplied parts upon delivery to ensure they are the correct items as shown in the listing you had purchased, i.e. the correct dimensions etc.

Any shortages have to be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods, no claims can be made after that.

Damaged goods on delivery: please inspect the packaging i.e. torn bags, damaged or open boxes before you sign for the goods, if a package is damaged please sign clearly as received as damaged, and promptly contact us via the contact us form, if you have not signed the package as damaged, then we can not take this matter forward with the couriers, The couriers have a 24 hour time limit to report any damaged in transit queries, after that no claims will be processed.

Please provide a mobile number for the couriers at the time of purchase/checkout (please don't email us the telephone number), if there is no contact number supplied with an order, then there could be a delay with the delivery.
